My wife and I had an outstanding experience with our Realtor, Nicole Vara. Since we were buying from out-of-state, she did some video tours for us at first so we saw some houses without having to physically be there. She was great with the offer paperwork, and stayed on the phone with us until about 10 pm one Friday as we can got our offer in. There was another offer on the house we wanted, so she helped us navigate a "highest and best" situation with a quick turnaround. She quickly obtained a list of items the sellers wanted in a new offer, counseled us on what to offer financially, and helped us land our dream home. She was always very accessible, friendly, and quick to respond. Any time we called, we felt like we were her only clients. We closed a couple of weeks ago, and she is still with us every step of the way. I would strongly recommend her to any friends or family.
